What we collect

What you give us: your name, business name, phone number, email, and what you tell us about your business. If you call or text us, we keep a record of the conversation, which can include a recording or transcript. Our web host keeps basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

To answer your request, set up and run the service, book appointments, send account and billing messages, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to texts, we text you about your request, your bookings and your account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything. We do not share or sell mobile numbers or text opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Mobile information is shared only with the providers that deliver our calls and texts.

Your customers' information

When we call back and book your customers, their information belongs to your business. We use it only to provide the service and handle it under our agreement with you.

Who we share it with

Only the providers that help us run the service, such as phone and text carriers, email, hosting and scheduling, and only what they need. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Your choices
